works with any hammer actually iirc... huge win for the speedrunning community i've just been silently hanging around the community speedrunning discord to see what happens lmao it seems particularly helpful for skipping a ton of 4-4 (battle of blizzard bridge) rn and skipping the second Gordimo fight in 6-4 (Beast Pack Council)

if you are going for a full 100% try to go for all the target times in treasure road and fully power up every copy ability and their upgrades. also you can go into the loading zone for the arena from out of bounds, and you can farm rare stones this way! also, also you are going to blow up one day my dude! I 100% support small and amazing youtubers :D

I couldn't do it until learned that you need to press b frame perfect when you activate the hammer move before hitting the ground

at 3:15 when you see text saying "this was fixed in editing" I was talking about a audio being ahead of the video issue, but I fixed it and I cut that part out where I was explaining it, I guess I missed the textbox

if you manage to die in waddle dee town it just respawns you next to the weapon shop

i already did it myself 3 days ago but nice :) (and it works with every hamer not just the toy hammer)

You don't need to attack right above the ground you just need to press jump at the same time your hammer contacts the ground
