My thing is when you walked in and he was sitting down on HIS couch, did you not realize that none of the decor/furniture is familiar to you? Even if the apartment floor plan is the same, NO ONE has the same furniture and set up as their neighbor. C’mon now!
  • WTH??? shooting an innocent man OUT OF FEAR after ALL HER YEARS OF TRAINING🤦🏻‍♀️ Her Being In Jail WILL SAVE INNOCENT PEOPLE👏👏👏👏
  • Notice she's making her tone of voice sound all sweet and innocent...
  • @boxermom322
What made this so much worse was the fact that she administered NO first aid to try and help him.

He yelled, "Hey! Hey! Hey!" because you were breaking into his home.
  • @kevinagg61
Too bad the guy didnt get a fair trial like this, he got a death sentence while watching TV in his own couch.

She's trying to talk real innocent and like just a frail little girl.

Never, in my life, of traveling with my husband and child with racehorses, staying in hotels, cabins, etc., and having my own home and 2 years of apartment living, have I ENTERED THE WRONG HOUSE........60 YEARS
  • @daneyad2693
She got 10 years for killing an innocent man in his own home. In which she will be out in 5 years. But drug dealers get more time. Smh. The system is garbage
  • @alsie1882
If this had been a civilian who got 'confused and entered the wrong apartment' and shot an off duty cop they would for sure get the death penalty especially in Texas.
  • Just imagine what would had happen if her bunch of friends decide give give her a surprise party in her house. Genocide!

Sad dispatch NEVER asked about the victim not once!!.
  • @notsponsored103
I don't know about you, but if I think there's a threat inside while I am still outside, I'm staying outside.
  • @_labacanitaz
"i hate that i have to live with this every day of my life." exactly the point! YOU GET TO LIVE WITH IT! he doesn't!
  • @tysmith8106
I also have never heard of a 911 dispatcher not asking enough questions about a person that injured she did not instruct her to do CPR or keep asking about the state of the victim
  • Why didn't the 911 operator ask about the victim???? Seems like she need more training also.
  • @Maxdouble07
They only gave her 10 years for breaking in his apartment and killing an innocent man. Just let that sink in for a minute. No justice
  • I agree with Botham Jean's mother when she said, "That woman was clearly out of her mind, where are her toxicology reports and why was her apartment and vehicle not searched?"
  • I just cannot get this case out of my head. How could she have got the wrong floor, the wrong flat? How could she have shot him within seconds? Another 20 seconds and she could have said 'why are you in my flat?' etc Why she didnt do everything she possibly could to save his life?
