With so much opposition to a biblical worldview surrounding us, how do we navigate the time in which we live with grace, kindness, mercy, and sensibility? In this message, Alistair Begg provides four words that frame our discussions about the Christian faith: the “good,” the “bad,” the “new,” and the “perfect.” Beginning with the creation account in Genesis, we can understand how we came to be, what happened when sin entered the world, and why God has chosen to renew all things—including His children—in Christ.

Preached: 7/16/2023
Scripture: Genesis 1

Listening to AB, I often chuckle at his humor and a moment later, I am in tears. But most importantly, aside from the emotions, I realize I am hearing the pure gospel, the living, lifechanging word of God. Thank you.

I thank God for this man's sermons; he wears a velvet glove over an iron fist of Biblical Truth.

Great message by Alistair Begg. Truth. In all of its simplicity. May we all rest in this truth, and recognize that the Lord Jesus is our only King and there is no other.

Brought me to tears. As aa American Christian, having learned of our rich Godly heritage in the Christian academy where I gave my life to Jesus, I am blown away by how far into immorality we have fallen. My prayer as a 57 year old is that we would once again hear eloquent preaching like this that might awaken us once more in these trying times.

I like to imagine that my grandfather, who left Scotland at the age of 19 before World War I, might have sounded something like Alistair. My own pastor is my favorite, but Alastair is a very close second place. In fact, if you took away the Scottish accent, the teaching is almost indistinguishable, and that’s how I like it.

Yes, Pastor Bagg is so darn Good! When he said that only God can make people come together, it made sense. Humans alone don't have the ability, thru their mortality, to make things better, ie, Adam and Eve. Only God can make His Promise to change both Heaven and Earth. But we are also Commanded to Pray for the Love of God. Things can be much smoother.
  • Dear Alistair this is SO good. I have just finished Death in the City ! It is a blessing. Jo NZ

Pastor Alistair Beg, Your message today was profoundly true. I so enjoy your way of presenting The Gospel. How wonderful it is to know that some of our American leaders still yet hold onto a Biblical worldview as it relates to All of God’s creation. May the hearts of humanity desire to know our Dear Lord Jesus Christ. Thank You pastor Alistair for being an unmovable ambassador of The Word of God for such a time as this. So much love and respect for you Sir. I pray God bless you and keep you close to His heart.❤✝️
  • My recent prayer is to allow me to be exposed to a true Bible Expositor. Going thru so many popular “preacher”, I was led to Pastor Begg. I am relieved, and convicted. I thank God for him and now I am praying to preach with the boldness to preach TRUTH. I am learning so very much. Thank you, Father… Thank you Pastor Begg for your obedience. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I have listened to this 4 times and I cant hear the words enough.. So spot on.. absolute truth. Thank you Alistair.. a good servant you are.. Man without God is ruin for everything. The planet, our mental, physical and emotional health, our relationships.. To keep away from the truth is to destroy ourselves and everything we touch. Prayers for you and your ministry. Prayers for all who need the Lord.. and that's everyone. Come home brothers and sisters.. Cast all your burdens on Him who created you.. Know that the Christ Jesus took all our sins to the cross with him and paid the ransom.. Learn about him, follow him, seek to know him more and conduct your life in his ways so that lost brothers and sisters recognize the light in you that only the Spirit gives.. that they may want the same.
