Maybe "you can only use STAB moves" would be a decent one aswell because you'd have to build your team thinking about no coverage moves, and you might pass up stronger mons for a weaker dual type

Video idea: Battle with Pokémon who can’t use any moves that have the same type as their own. (I’d say they cannot have STAB moves, but wouldn’t exclude status moves of the same type) Another layer of difficulty could be also excluding your Tera type (and possibly Tera Blast) so that using your Tera is purely defensive, not offensive
