The akatsuki is a group always seemed formidable and even more so when taken in their respective pairs, considering then how Minato’s performance during the nine tails attack is always slandered, I want to discuss how impressive what he accomplished was and how even if these powerful duos were in Obito’s place, with the nine tails, it still wouldn’t matter.. so enjoy 30+ minutes of Minato glaze!!

“I’m a tobirama fan” proceeds to absolutely glaze the everlasting hell out of minato every single video 😭
  • @Caal3
I’m calling Minato Hercules from now on

Minato clears, he was some kind of freak of nature he was simply above the Akatsuki
  • Itachi is the most suitable person to counter Minato as the Flying Raijin works by placing a seal over a kunai to be thrown and then teleporting to where the kunai was thrown. From the beginning we have always been shown Itachi training with the kunai and being so strong that he can throw the kunai and immediately after hit the same kunai thrown a second earlier with other kunai and hit all the targets and all this with his eyes closed. Kabuto himself in the battle against Nagato states "I thought that the greater field of vision provided by the rinnegan summons would be enough but Itachi is so good with the kunai that he manages to find a blind spot to use to hit the targets. He is actually too strong." To counter Itachi's flying Raijin it would be enough to do what he has always done, that is, deflect the thrown kunai. And this is a very probable scenario as the power of the flying Raijin itself also depends on the user's ability to throw the kunai as the weapon mainly used for it. Itachi, being certainly with evidence and statements the best in this, he would have no problem deflecting the kunai thrown by Minato. In some battles, Minato throws kunai scattered across the battlefield to create a favorable scenario for the use of the flying Raijin. To counter this, Itachi could use amaterasu to make the points where the kunai are stuck unusable. minato is not immune to genjutsu and tsukuyomi and if he were to do as in the fight against obito i.e. look his opponent in the eyes then it would be over for him. The only one who can fight without looking his opponent directly in the eyes is Guy, something Minato can't do. Furthermore, Itachi can create an illusion even just by touching you, so it's not just the look that matters. The same Itachi was stated to be the strongest person in the clan when he was still young without his mangekyo and so scaling above Fugaku Who was a rival to minato for the position of hokage. Then the Ems Sasuke being above Itachi is contradicted by the Kabuto fight where Itachi showed in every aspect better feats than Sasuke. He was protecting him the whole fight and guiding him in the fight. Than Itachi in the statement says that he recognize Sasuke as his equal but that could just mean that he doesn’t see him like the little brother to protect but instead as a skilled ninja like him like a status thing. It’s also stated that with ems, Sasuke techniques and eye techiniques surpassed his own brother. For the eye techinque is referring to basic sharingan an mangekyo genjutsu but not to tsukuyomi who’s stated to be the strongest genjutsu by zetsu then for techinques we have taijutsu and ninjutsu. So Sasuke surpasses Itachi only in there aspectes and not in speed, battle iq, intelligence, tsukuyomi ecc…And especcially by feats in the Kabuto fight itachi is shown superior in combat than ems Sasuke, Itachi was shown more faster, reacting better to kabuto’s attacks, protecing Sasuke, telling him what to do, and all of that while suppressing his power and while preparing all the stages for the activation of izanami.

Minato only died becuase he decides to seal the 9 tails into Naruto with the death seal for some reason
  • @Archer170
All mighty push screws up Minato’s FTG flow.I don’t know why debate YouTubers never mention how pain can easily manipulate Minato’s FTG by his rules.
  • @adamagreen
Minato is washing them all, except Itachi & Pain. High difficulty for them… but everyone else is getting slapped. Lol
  • @sumandark8600
Minato in the one-shot used the rasengan in the "mental dimension" inside Kushina's mind/soul As such, it's impossible to use that as any accurate measure of how strong a 15 year old Minato's rasengan would be in the real world, as they operate under different rules
  • @sumandark8600
Minato barely fought the nine-tails, & Obito was 14 & very inexperienced when he fought Minato This video is very questionable
  • @WorkLiftAnime
Awesome vid. Made a vid on my theory on how he learned the FTG
  • @jackschwanke603
Itachi controls space and time under his genjutsu.. i doubt minato can teleport

Id like to see a Jonin tier list. Every named Jonin from each village(whether dead or alive, so including people like Pakura of the sand). But excluding anyone who became a Kage(except Kakashi, if you wanted to make an exception) or at least limiting them to their power as a Jonin. Who is the strongest Jonin? Who is the weakest? Do the other villages have Jonin even close to the leaf top tiers? Could be fun.
  • @dirtydan5204
bro how many times do i have to tell you that obito was not 17
  • Itachi has 2 win cons. Amaterasu as well as tsukuyomi. As well as subtle genjutsu that doesn’t need eye contact. Add Kisame transformed state which it took a 7th gate guy who was literally kisames worst matchup I honestly think they have a chance at beating minato
  • @Arcadia_warlic
Herculean is misspelled. Obito was closer to fourteen during the death-match. Most of the Akatsuki would collapse from just trying to maintain Kurama, so they are actually given a passive secondary boon of having someone else do behind the scenes. Incidentally this would also change the parameters of the match since they could try to stall out Minato instead, which was not an option for Obito. Hiruzen did not step down for power reasons, it was explicitly political. Itachi Shinden relates that he accepted IWagakure's armistice prematurely for the sake of sparing more shinobi lives, which was unpopular in the military, so as a concession he stepped down after the war's conclusion, electing Minato in his place (beating other candiuates like Orochimaru or Fugaku). Minato might have been relied on due to the fact he has Uzumaki sealing which Hiruzen may lack, as it is suggested in Part I he might have only learned the Shiki Fūjin after Minato's death, since he credits the jutsu to him. That is, since Hiruzen is also likely hesitant to let Kurama die like Minato, all he can do is suppress it whilst waiting for the sealer (Minato). Naruto did get a bit of forewarning from Obito's attack from behind via Kakashi. At other points in the battle, Obito is reacting to and getting the better of even Kurama Mode. Minato might be a bit older than fifteen if Minato Gaiden takes place during the Third Shinobi World War as the splash text suggests. They specifically noted it was a teleportation barrier. Others would not have teleported it away, they likely would have redirected it, since Minato was the master of time-space jutsu at that point. To be fair, Anko is unaware of how much stronger Orochimaru would have gotten since they last met, though it does seem like Minato is still superior still from Jiraiya's assertions. It seems like Kakashi was underestimating himself given he intercepts Sasuke's Chidori during the Gokage Kaidan and even has a brief scuffle with Sasuke in the anime before the Uchiha resorts to his super-fast Susanoo instead, though the point that Sasuke is above the Akatsuki still holds via him defeating Deidara, considered by Kisame to be a stronger member, and suggested by Pain to be superior to the Zombie Duo since he did not make note of their losses. Sasori was holding back even when trying to kill Sakura, since him using his fingers is an inferior method of controlling his puppets, and even with fingers at full speed Sakura only perceived his movements as a blur when he was clashing with Chiyo. Not that it invalidates the overall point, but I feel Sasori is perhaps not of the same caliber as the others. Obito attacking Konoha would lose him Sasuke and Itachi as assets, so he has a practical reason to follow Itachi's pact. As for Tsukuyomi, Obito has superior genjutsu to even Itachi, with it being more so compared to Madara's even beyond Sha no Sho by Kakashi and Gerotora/Jiraiya (in relation to the mastermind of Kurama's attack), so it is questionable it would work when even Sasuke broke out via the power of the Cursed Seal of Heaven (if one goes by Sha no Sho's assertion, and not the hypothesis Itachi let it happen). If Minato were hit by Tsukuyomi it is dubious if he could activate Hiraishin, whilst obviously inferior, Naruto's attempt to just pulse his chakra at all to break the genjutsu failed, and I imagine the Hiraishin would be even more difficult to do. Itachi's 30% clone was not really beating Kakashi. Kakashi got him right where he wanted him to let Naruto hit him with a Rasengan, but of course, Itachi likely let that happen, so not much to gleam from either side. I think it is more likely the Edo Tensei just undid the illness and damage to his eyes, which does have the same effect as reviving him slightly earlier (seemingly the same for Kimimaro, for example). Sasuke keeps up with Naruto later, so Sha no Sho's assertion of only Naruto seems dubious, but yes, does seem that Minato would have the edge over even Itachi. It is insinuated that Kakashi's Sharingan does not take up chakra until it is actually released by raising his hitai-ate. Danzō's arm guard might just block others from sensing he has Sharingan as to not give away his schemes. Pain suggests Konan might be able to have beaten Jiraiya (potentially if not for her mental affliction), but it is indeed too vague to say with certainty, lamentably. I imagine the tax from keeping Kurama summoned would be superior to whatever boost Obito would have gotten from a Zetsu infusion, assuming that is not just an art error, either. Not that I think Pain would realistically win, but perhaps should have addressed that even the weakest Path has the durability to withstand a Rasengan from Konohamaru (would likely circle back to the Kurama clash, but that itself has its contention as some believe the bijūdama would have just fizzled since it was in the middle of being formed).
  • Hurizen stepped down to end the 3 GNW it's almost stated it's the reason he did not want the fighting to continue...actually Danzo tried to prolong it to make Hurizen step down thinking he'd be next up
  • This is insane. Minato could teleport out of Tshukiomi?? 😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭
