Aperilife is a combination of the Italian word “aperitivo” and the English word “life”.
An aperitivo is the Italian version of happy hour, so with the combining of the two words I am signifying that my life is a big happy hour and in Italy it’s an aperitivo.
I offer consultations for Italy visits and would be more than happy to have one with you. Please refer to my website www.aperilife.com for more information.

1988 I was very young, went to Rome and wanted to stay. My son was 4yrs old. I couldn't make it. Sadly I returned home. In hindsight, my planning was flawed. Today, no further plans to leave New Jersey New York area.

My fam is there. Love me some Italy. Currently renovating in France. So looking forward to picking up sticks permanently. Ciao Bella!

No, they do not have Italian as a second language courses for your children. They will constantly compared to the "other Americans" from South American countries who speak Spanish, which is a stone throw away from Italian. They also have to take two foreign languages, apart from that which they speak. So, you child will not only have to learn Italian as he goes, but he will have to take something like French and Spanish as well. Also, and I'm not being funny or typical. My kids are half Italian and I'm Senegalese, and white. So they're very light and one is blue eyed. However, my son had quite a few fights due to antagonism, especially after I went to his school one day. Kids are a lot worse than adults. We lived there for 6 years.
