Because of a bad outcome from a back surgery, I felt it only right to rehome my parrots as I couldn’t take care of them very well. Their new person called me after a week to say my Zoe, a little red belly, wasn’t eating and was sitting on one perch all day. I drove out to see her hopping to help. As soon as she saw me she started crying. I took her out of her cage. She sat close by my face crying for a good while. Her new owner and I brainstormed and I got her a smaller cage that was easier to clean and she came back home to me. I got her when she was three months old; she’s now 25!

I rescued a 3 day old pigeon. Shes now 2 years old and still with me. She is the most loyal pet i have ever had. I absolutely love her. She goes camping with me in summer, she goes on walks with me, she loves going for rides in my truck too. sometimes she even goes to work with me. People think its strange to have a wild pigeon as a pet but i couldnt imagine not having her around.

The pure, unwavering affection animals show towards humans is a powerful reminder that we, as a species, could gain valuable lessons from our humble companions. 🥰

These are my favorite videos on YOUtube, the love of an animal is the purest love there is, next to Gods love. After losing my son and my Mother 6 months apart I struggled for 8 years to find purpose and meaning in my life, then one day at a flea market I bought a little puppy who changed my life, she is a gift from God and no one will ever make me believe differently. I smile just thinking about her sweet little face.😊

I’m a disabled veteran and if not for the love my 2 dogs I don’t know if I would still be here. They give you so much more then most people. The love and support they gave me push me to keep fighting just to get better !

We had mother and daughter cows, who were agisted apart for about 5 years. When they met up again, they ran toward each other bellowing. Lots of mooing and licking later, mother and daughter reunited. We eventually took mum back. She lived for 22 years. Jess, we loved her so much. 😪💕🇦🇺

Life is beautiful with all living creatures. Our attitude towards them usually determines their actions and reactions towards us. Love answers all. It's a wonderful world!!!

How wonderful to see animals being happy. I wish people could share the same love with their human race.

Nothing beats the reunion of Christian the Lion and his friends who raised him. It's been 17 years since I first saw the vid and gets me everytime.
