Steel Hexes is a turn based strategy wargame old school with new school ability. The scenarios and campaigns are huge. This is from the Pacific 1937 scenario that covers from beginning of the Japanese Sino war that broke again in 1937.
So the scenario puts you in the role the Generalisimo, so what do you do, you cannot believe this is happening, so this examines the resources, comms and pace within the first 48 hours of the landings. So this is the actions and China is huge and rail is not evident for movement during the first 24 hrs.
