What they ended up sending me was item 9740740 S/A CART 25MM 529 and 9620750 NUT 25MM CART RET 529.

I have the same faucet but mine is leaking from the main faucet itself. I took apart the top to clean out the inside, but when I reassembled it, the faucet itself is really loose. Plus the whole faucet rotates, not just the top part. Any ideas? At least it stopped leaking, haha!

Where did you get the new cartridge? What was the Part number?
