343 added the ability to Forge on dev maps in the Season 3 update. So... I added a Banshee to Cliffhanger to play with in FFA against bots.

I think a Banshee would be a good addition to this map, since so few Arena maps have vehicles. There are also sufficient ways to counter the Banshee already built in, including a Shock Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Disruptors, and Dynamo Grenades as well as a Grappleshot.
