This is probably the best, most helpful gardening video I’ve ever watched! Such a simple, straightforward plan. I can’t wait to try it this year! Thank you!

First time viewer here. I must say I've watched this video 3 times and took notes on everything. You're such a good teacher. I appreciate the fact that you went step-by-step step with the diagram, the whys and whens about timing and height, and your recommendations for your favorite varietals. I'm subscribing to your channel because I'm still a relative newbie as a flower gardener.

Can you please do a video about a plan for a romantic garden with Peonies, roses, Ranaculas,Hydrangeas, Allums and Tulips for a beginner?
  • This is most helpful, clear, and concise video I have seen for cut flower beginners (me!). I have been planning my first cut flower garden and have been a teensy bit overwhelmed with where to plant and how often and how much I could even grow in a raised bed. I can’t begin to say how helpful this is! I would love to see another 4x8 beginner bed with just filler plants and foliage for bouquets!
  • Every year that I’ve gardened I get more excited about the flowers than the vegetables. I learned the hard way that cosmos can be a bit invasive when left alone, and zinnias will always have a place in my heart for being so generous and easy to grow. I just had my fourth baby in December and got it in my brain at the same time that I should start a cut flower garden. I was about to give up but this layout was just what I needed! Thank you! ❤

This is great! I would love to see a similar video for additional cut flowers... bachelor buttons, nigella, snapdragons, strawflower, etc.

Hands down the best guiding video I have watched and I watched thousands of gardening videos in the past 3 years. THANK YOU!

Great video, Bri! I really appreciate the way you break everything down. Would love to see more videos like this from you!
  • This was really helpful. My daughter is only 5 but loves picking flowers from the garden. I am trying to get a cut flower bed for her this year and these were some really great ideas. I also had no idea mum's could be perennial!
  • I find it hard to leave space blank in the garden but you have encouraged me to do succession planting with flowers because the first flush of flowers is always the best. Great advice to mulch the empty spots so that they are ready for planting when the time is right.

  • This is the best tutorial I’ve watched on cut gardens!! You taught this so well, thank you so much!! I’m in Zone 4 and looking forward to trying this in the spring/summer!
  • This was amazing!! I would love to see a plan for a cut garden that dries well for dried bouquets!! ❤️
  • I garden in zone 9 on wind swept Atlantic coast Ireland. I was trying to sort out my very first cutting garden. Thank you for your guidance and instructions they were extremely clear. ❤ M
  • This is a very helpful guide for anyone growing a cutting garden and wanting blooms through the summer. Thanks for making it. It's helpful it's in my zone too, but should work for anyone who keeps an eye on their days to maturity in their zone.
  • Since I can't like these garden plan videos as many times as I've watched them (A LOT!!!), I'll like the comments. You are so inspirational, Bri!
  • @fokid1
I will totally do this! I was just wondering how to start a cut flower garden but felt a little overwhelmed, the spacing is especially useful because I’m prone oversow everything lol
  • Thank you soooo much for a great breakdown of one manageable bed! Very helpful! Would love to find a vegetable garden explained this way too.
