The funny thing is that, at the start of the manga, when Luffy was telling them that he is going to become the Pirate King everyone was laughing at him. But now, everyone is serious.

I believe that Uranus may actually be in elbaf similar to how you made the comparison between sun light eve being in fishman island and the Adam tree being in elbaf it just makes sense seeing as how two ancient weapons were located in fishman island and wano which were major arcs and elbaf wouid also be considered a major arc

Luffy isn’t afraid per say it’s more like when shanks had the same reaction when he saw what Kidds rail gun would’ve done to the weaker people around. Shanks knew that he would be fine but the weaker people around could be hurt or killed and I believe Luffy feels the same way.
