I've been going down the research rabbit hole trying to figure how to bend the aluminum for the least amount of $$$ (pipe benders are pricey). It never occurred to me to build a jig. Thanks for sharing!

This is masterfully sarcastic. I am going to watch it again except after nearly every sentence I am going to add out out loud. " Ya Cheap Bastard!" lol it would be really epic if you did though. Oh yeah, I dg the bend a pipe scene, super funny! here is what I heard in my head during that demo, LOL "I didn't want to wreck a whole pipe like you will be doing when you try this bend ya cheap bastard! That's a man that is pissed off with people saying "How much for a bit of tubing and some canvas". Brilliant. Not rocket science but an art and would take me ages and cost a small fortune for the materials anyhow, especially if I bought the tubing from Bunnings instead of a wholesale metal merchant.

Love your work Aaron ! The Mrs is a huge fan of your vids , says you've got great energy ! I'm a Polycraft owner and looking to upscale in the near future and the Mrs said we have to drive all the way from Vic to Bris'vegas because she want's to buy nowhere else ? Should I be jealous ? She said " as long as we get to meet Aaron and Dan the cameraman we'll come and get a new Polycraft !! lol
