Mr. Rust, who writes below, bought this unit shown in the video. As you can see, it works very well and looks good. Mr. Rust has this unit in his house, but, has threatened to crush my business unless I return his money on this unit. I have repeatedly told him to please return the product for a refund, but, he refuses, claiming a refund without returning the product. This ClosetBoom30/30 is worth over $500. I cannot imagine any seller returning this kind of money without the returned product. This evil little extortionist threatened to bury my business if I did not return his money. I repeatedly asked him to follow the platform’s return policy. He refuses. So, this is a vendetta, pure and simple. Extortion. A small man using the internet for extortion. Has anybody ever met this Alan Rust, who claims to be a rocket scientist, but, cannot construct a sentence without multiple spelling errors?
