Indeed Githunguri is that part of Kiambu that is developed thanks to Fresha and several saccos within the town. I am happy I can see myself in the video crossing the road just before Rongai supermarket with a white booklet .
  • Githunguri is my home, born and raised here. A very fast developing town but have no roads. Someone needs to wake up here and do their work.
  • Githunguri is my homeeeeee, kia wairera guku no Ngombeeee tuuuu na Iria,@Gathoni wa Muchomba well done the town is growing.....
  • I feel that a Meseum should be built on that land to at least honor those heroes who shed their blood for this country... It's very unfortunate that the gvt is proposing to build houses in a sacred place like that.. The houses will only benefit some individuals but the museum will build a legacy and put githunguri on the map... Actually Mr lone traveller I didn't know anything like that had happened, but once again thanks for the history. Long live village to town tv 💪

Githunguri and kiambu subcounty and towns are where my interests lay, both towns I know and understand them like the back of my hand, in githunguri we don't need those affordable houses, this is one, if not the richest subcounty in kenya, our poverty index rating is very low, kila mtu huku ako na ngombe or something to hold on to, plus we don't sell land to outsiders, ni ngumu sana but cash is always king, plus you should have asked about the genesis of AIPCA, cheers, good job
  • Hello Mr.Village to Town. I love your videos and would want to see them being watched by more people but two things hinder this: Your YouTube Thumbnail needs to be more catchy. Consider using a platform like Canva to make one that is more captivating. Your camera is good based on the few shots you took out of your car but in the car, the windscreen doesnt do it justice( I think you have tint on it and this means the camera clarity is not so good) maybe you can get a camera action in future. But other than this. I love your content and the commentary
  • Impressive! Githunguri in so many ways imprints the bloody history of the colonial struggle of the country and Zakayo Ruto’s government should keep away from mau mau executions grounds. Museums of Kenya in collaboration with county government of kiambu should take over and construct a monument in homage to the gallant souls and an education center to preserve information for future generations. Otherwise conman Ruto is hellbent in subjecting the central Kenya community to national pillory by hoisting what is worst intellectually amongst and destroying the history, the pride , the industry of the people. No to shadow shoddy affordable houses on those grounds.

This is my home town. These videos bring about nostalgia since we live elsewhere. I personally appreciate what you do. With time, I hope you get a better camera. Kindly give people a heads up before you go out to the next town,, so that you can get a detailed history of the area & important facts next time or in the future. ..kudos! You’re doing great so far! 👍

This is my town. Was born here, schooled here and grew up here. I miss the old good days when I knew almost everyone in this town.

Great video bro of Githunguri Kiambu. A fast growing town in Kiambu. I did not hear you mention about Palmhouse dairies. A milk processing plant owned by Mrs Munene and her husband or does it not exist anyone? Visit Maragua town next. Eagerly waiting for that, take a little break of Kiambu.
