Elinchrom Quadra Eco Ring Flash fits Canon and Sigma 70-200 f2.8

I was wondering before i bought it if the Eco Ring Flash from Elinchrom fit the 70-200, so i thought others might wonder this too.
As you can see it fits!

But!!!!
With the standard rails you cant manual focus or zoom at the same time! the flash is in the way.

Sigma f2.8 EX HSM Macro mk1
Canon 70-200L f2.8 IS USM II
