  • Hi Sesi Pale hope you are doing good. I just wanted to say please don't cut your hair. My hair is similar to yours and last year it was shedding a lot wanted to cut it but I didn't. Started doing mini braid with my hair (my hair is relaxed ) and I would moisturise my hair every other day with growth oil ( avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil and moringa leaves ) focusing on the ends and then cover it with a shower cap over night. My dry ends are better and my hair grew 2 to 3 inches within 3-4 months . Hope this helps ❤❤❤

I haven’t done my hair in about six mnths aswell. Was always on cornrows and your oil help me like crazy. I can see that the volume is getting back like you said. Thank u so much for your help.🙏🏻
  • Hair looks healthy and that's really important. I did a big trim also, My hair doesn't like long stretches and protective styles. I will suggest you try a hot oil treatment it's a game changer

I'm starting to think we are all just going through hair setbacks as the relaxed hair girlies . I don't think I will ever do a 6 months stretch ever again😅😅😅against my better judgement I also took out my braids and then got a relaxer so I relate 😅

Hey Pali ❤ your hair is so gorgeous.. I have natural hair this year wanna take it serious and take care of it .. and yes your skin is so glowing and beautiful 😍 🤩

Your hair looks good and healthy...I am also trimming a big chunk to even it out before I do a sew-in.
  • Your hair looks really good . I think baggying your ends will help with the dry ends and it’s even better that you cut off the bad ends so you’ll notice a difference faster. Baggy method has always worked for me anytime my ends are dry My routine will stay the same this year ,I think I found a great routine for myself last year and it works perfectly for my lifestyle and my hair grew well too. I went from a bit over neck length to past armpit length all in one year. I want to retain more length this year (hopefully get to mid back length) and get my edges to be fuller and my hair fuller too Hope we’ll get more hair content this year

Had to cut my hair into a bob, because I was not taking care of it properly and manipulating too much. My ends looked a mess especially in the front. Now I'm starting over as well. Good luck with your journey, love your content.

Great video Palesa, hair looks nice and thick. This year would like to focus on Trims, avoiding Heat, avoid too much Manipulation (leave my hair alone), grow my hairline using JBCO, be consistent with taking vitamins.
