I watch guides for fun but have never played. This just looks like so much chaos. The new league looks like my kind of thing though, so I’m going to give this game a try on Friday.

Me: "Maybe I'll play melee this leauge, it looks fun." Also me: "FROST MAGE!!!!"

archmage was probably the strongest build ive managed to make, absolutely crazy damage

I feel like he is teasing me, making me wait till the last until we see a slam build

I play casually and would love to see build guides include content recommendations. I know certain league mechanics are theoretically more profitable than others (especially early). But having not gone very deeply into each league mechanic, I don't have a good grasp on what makes a good delver vs a build good at expeditions or legion. I'd rather play the league mechanics I like even at an efficiency loss. Adding a quick section on recommended or suited league mechanics would help me out a lot! Thanks for all the guides and detailed info.

I played a very similar build to this last league, and this setup is amazing both in terms of fun and power!

Played this with agnostic instead of leech last league. One of the coolest builds out there for sure.

Can someone explain why the "Endgame - Unique Jewels/Big Gear"-tree in the PoB is preferred compared to the "Endgame - No unique jewels/less gear"-tree? If I just look at the numbers in PoB it's basically the same damage and defenses. Is it just the balance between ES/Life/Mana when it comes to taking multiple hits or something?

I played this last league. I also made a CWDT build for Ultimatum and a Holy relic because it looked interesting. No matter how cool Holy relic was I couldn't stop playing my 10k Mana archmage. It was so unreasonably fun and its going to take a lot of willpower to do it again.

i played a build using frostbolt / ice nova heiro AGES ago and it was one of the most fun builds i've ever played but never seemed to be viable again after that patch.

Was my second build last league, did in ssf so some uniques were not available, but even then it was really powerfull.

I wish there was some mtx or some visual to modify the skill visuals to match the elemental damage type for immersion sake. An electrifying ice nova would look cool with archmage lightning damage
