1/2 large Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 cup of corn
8 oz crema Mexicanas (or use 1 cup heavy cream + 1/4 cup sour cream)
3/4 cup queso chihuahua or any melty white cheese
1 Tbsp Butter
Pepper to Taste
1 tsp chicken bouillon or salt
Griddle Chicken
2 large chicken breast (butterfly)
Kinder buttery steak house seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
Suggested seasoning:
1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, paprika,pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt

I absolutely love poblano peppers for their smoky flavor…. Not at all hot or spicy to me. I use them in place of green peppers all the time because I can’t stand green peppers. This looks creamy and yummy.

I don’t find poblanos to be spicy at all and love the flavor they add to a dish, especially the recipes I use to only make with green bell pepper. As always, your creations have my mouth watering. My guess is you don’t hear me saying ‘ahhh’ here in Wisconsin. Maybe when it warms up enough to open the windows!! Happy day to you both ❤
