Canoo if you’re reading this, small feedback: the steering wheel is a very expensive real estate for JUST mirror adjustment dials. I set my mirrors once. It’s not like I constantly need to adjust them while driving. I would put those controls out of sight.

I love a lot of the attributes of it. I personally find it cosmetically appealing, the turning radius seems great, love the amount of visibility and glass. Parts of the interior seem iffy to me. Not sure if I like the placement of that multi-function screen on the left hand side of the driver. Also—I feel like putting the mirror controls on the steering wheel is kinda odd. If they can get that range to 250-300 miles and keep the price in the same ballpark—i think that would be a lot better

i actually enjoyed that there was people chilling in the back having a good time
  • I hope Canoo survives, such a cool concept. I'm a shareholder and I have a reservation for the small pickup. The potential for this van is immense. A great city taxi, delivery van, and really the spirit child of the old school VW Van with all the windows. I live where the corporate HQ is located, I can't wait to start seeing them around town.

Great vehicle. It reminds me of when the Dodge Caravan first rolled out. The feeling of the cab forward design was a pure joy. I can see a problem with the crash zone though. People will surely want to stash items up there and its only a matter of time before injury from airbag deployment happens

LOVE that i received this content from Roman and the TFL team! Been waiting for more Canoo info!

I don't know why the aesthetic of the canoo sits so well with me but damn does it ever - it looks so cool and utilitarian at the same time. It has a modular platform and I've seen some preview builds of a Canoo pickup truck they did for use by the U.S. military and it just looks fitting and cool.

I hope these guys make it. Such a useful vehicle.

This past September when I was working as a Congressional intern in DC I saw a Canoo parked in front of the hotel I was staying in and I freaked out because it just looked so cool. I started talking to the folks that brought it out from the company (I’m pretty sure I might have interrupted their plans.. sorry) and they let me sit in it and told me all about this thing and I cannot tell you how very amazing this vehicle is. I absolutely wish I could afford to buy one the minute they go into production because that is how much I fell in love with this car. Full disclosure, I am a bit of a car nut so I have an appreciation for many different mechanical transportation wonders. I own a variety of different old cars in various stages of repair but I would put all of my rebuilds on hold just to have a Canoo in my fleet of cars. Of course I would love to see the battery life be able to last longer for long road trips but with more and more charging stations being added to the infrastructure, the ability to recharge mid trip is getting more accessible. This car might still need a few tweaks here or there for personal preferences and such, but this is one amazing piece of engineering that I can’t wait to see out on the road in the years to come. ❤

This is a great vehicle! I am particularly interested in Canoo’s pickup truck, and hope they’re able to bring it to market as close to the demo concept as possible. Also, I hope Canoo is able to make a strong appearance at the Fully Charged Live show in San Diego this fall.
  • Love that this vehicle is totally unique and different than anything else on the road. I would totally consider this.
  • @realteamme
This isn't a vehicle I'd ever need but wow what an addition to electric mobility. And Gary is such a pro. Knows the vehicle inside and out, and knows how to talk about it so it makes sense to the average person. Looking forward to seeing one.
  • @connorjensen9699
That front roadview window is really excellent. I want that to become the norm going forward, wow
  • @jrjubach
Those u-turns you pulled were f’ing smooooth. Top notch. Great timing too.
  • @aseerih
This would kill it as a taxi in the streets of London. Much better than the current 6000 hybrids roaming around.
  • @esaedvik
The size is just absolutely perfect for all sorts of stuff. Glad some manufacturers in the US have sense.
  • @msbettyduke
I like the product, the attitude, and a person with common sense with class, believing in his dream. I'm invested and look forward tho their buisiness success and growth
