I think a funny character design would be people who listen to soundtracks of movies/shows/games/etc. Just a walking reference. Honestly, I just like instrumental songs more than those with lyrics. It's probably because I'm a writer, and like to imagine scenes where the song is in the background.

I personally listen to metal, specifically sung by women, because I find nothing more cathartic than my fellow women screaming in fury.

Me personally, i love the whole indie trifecta of lemon demon, tally hall (and all affiliated projects) and will wood. itd be cool to see a character based off of that trifecta considering that many people on the internet including myself love all three.

As a smiths fan, their music does not bring me down at all. It's like, looking at life's worst parts and accepting it with a bit of humour. "Ask" is such a chill song.

I would say "indie" used as a blanket term is my favorite genre. My music taste is pretty wide and indie generally encompasses most of it, each song seems more heartfelt and they have a uniqueness to them that a lot of mainstream doesn't.

I know my favorites are a mix of nerdcore, funny yet serious bops, and vocaloid, but I would love to see more of your interpritations of these characters, I also loved the hyper pop design.

Also, anyone else just love J-metal or J-rock specifically that’s really hard rock-like and you didn’t realize it but it’s really dark and about the world burning? “USSEEWA” by Ado is an example or “Mind Brand” by Maretu, literally any Maretu song is an example. At least for me, I’m a sweetheart who’s very loud and loves a fun time
