Project Vulcan micro turbine preliminary testing. Combustion pulses are regular and reliable. Fuel feed was gradually increased until combustion. After several combustion pulses, fuel was increased until combustion choked. Fuel was then shut off. After a few seconds, the fresh air and repeated arcs yielded a final combustion pulse, thus clearing the chamber. Next phase of testing: amputate valvular intakes, replace 3d printed valve seat with ceramic seat, replace plasma spark gap igniter with full ceramic coaxial plasmatron igniter.
