Here are the 5 things that come to mind first: 1) holes in top plate 2) not correctly sealing when joist or stud cavities are used as returns 3) headers/beams not strapped (I am in a seismic zone) 4) the sheetrock delivery people knock out studs 5) anchor bolts not tightened down Really enjoy your channel

boggles the mind how the super will call for an inspection with so many obvious flaws. and for the work to progess to that point means no one is on site directing the trade work either. just like a construction free-for-all... unreal. at least the beams were supported lol great job keeping the ship watertight boss!

I never get lags or through bolts in deck post to beam connection. Anchor bolts always need retightened after the lumber drys. Fireblocking unused holes in top plates

It looked like the stud pack was cut and not transfering to the foundation.
