    Epoch bro imma stare my thoughts on this routine and my current understanding of it When waking up with an alarm on but with a light shine upon waking up this may help you get up easily because our brain think it is morning time to wake up and will switched to active mode. About this time management routine is insufficient for long-term results, someday you’ll miss doing this on the same day like finishing the assignment or doing the laundry and you’ll feel bad about it that you couldn’t do it. About meditation I think it helps in Building your focus to help your studying/learning I think when studying take five deep breath with your diaphragm it should look like how a baby is breathing with their belly. Anyway after 5 deep breath to get your focus on the stuff you’re studying, but you will need a technique like flowmodoro methods which is very flexible than promodoro technique, when taking break take 5 more deep breath, when on on your break, you shouldn’t be active on the internet while you are resting instead try to do stuff like cleaning, doing the laundry and don’t start a deep conversation with someone because you are relaxing workout is great and I’m not very experienced at it I know it helps in transferring blood to your brain and transporting Wast from your lymph node and helping the immune system it is general knowledge of it. Time management is inferior to focus and attention management fact. I hope this help some of you guys and my English isn’t good but still improving thank you are reading my thoughts and insights. ❤
