Correction: Sid Lowe and ESPN FC aren’t celebrating Xavi staying because they had some type of odd fascination with seeing him get sacked. These “pundits” really think their opinions matter. They don’t. I’m glad Xavi is staying and hope he has lots of success at Barca. These “pundits” just enjoy seeing managers, players, and teams fail because that is all this show knows. They don’t know how to analyze without being negative. It’s always their default.

If xavi wasn't a club legend people would be wanting him gone
  • Real madrid practically wrapped up the title race today and Barcelona is some how still the topic. 😂❤

In terms of La Liga games abroad, what the league needs is more fans who follow it in general, and not just games involving Real Madrid or Barcelona. Too high a % of La Liga fans support one of, and only care about, the big two.

This might be the moment Xavi’s Barcelona legacy is destroyed. If he had left he’d leave on his own terms. Barcelona is in a terrible situation financially and structure. All the odds are against Xavi and the likelihood of him failing is very high

Luis Garcia is such a biased Pundit, its beyond embarrassing.

This is just ridiculous. I'm a Real Madrid fan and I still don't like the way they talk about Xavi. I think if you look at the absolute chaos that Laporta and Xavi inherited, they have done a pretty good job of righting the ship.
  • I have been a fan of barcelona since 1991. I have seen many barca teams including cruyff barcelona. Xavi was great player and legend but he has not been coaching good football. This team has been playing ugly since last season even when we won. Getting more players is not the answer and will not solve the problem of playing badly . Playing badly is coaching problem . We will get new players and play the same football .
  • gET Sid on this shown whenever talking about la liga off pitch stuff

If Girona passing Barca for second, this will be funny
  • Correction Sid Lowe, i think it's only ESPN that are not happy with Xavi staying but real Culers are happy.

Maybe not but no one is sad either. The only good thing that could have happened if Barca signed a world class coach that had won ucl - no other projects with newly managers would do better than Xavi

Do you not think he is waiting for the Man City job to become available?? They play very similiar football.🤔
