    I just love that there are no cuts. Errors and all are bare to see, it's what gives her the humanity that is so sorely lacking in modern cooking videos. We don't want perfect, we want human connection. Food is art from every aspect. Her videos always showed that.

    My cat especially loved the part about the anchovies, tuna and swordfish. But the butter came in a close second place to lick on while I'm not looking.

    That blender was a scene-stealing ham! She'd have probably had time to do the fettuccine if it hadn't misbehaved, but that was my favorite part! "People don't need noodles," so there!

    She cheated! Notice that she had swap-outs for both the fish & the bananas. The meal was not done in 30 minutes as promised.
