I recover and refine the pure gold from ten, 50 Gold Back Notes. I validate the claim by the manufacturer on the Utah Gold Back of its gold content. I demonstrate, for your viewing pleasure, the entire recovery and refining process. I gain another gold bar for Mrs sreetips.

  • On behalf of anybody who had any doubts we thank you for doing this for science.

I’m always impressed with the professional way Sreetips operates with his laboratory glassware

Always great to see independent validation of gold content claims!
  • It hurt to see those goldbacks destroyed. But it's also great to know they're honest with their claims.

Much respect and admiration, for not only "sreetips" and his lab abilities, but also for the GOLDBACK people for engineering and producing a beautiful, useful, and wonderful product, the GOLDBACK.
  • No matter how many times I watch, I always get excited when the gold precipitates out.

I am a weekend prospector . I always like watching how you refine gold . You are very thorough in your steps to the end product . I've seen others (prospectors I know) make a mess out of their gold trying to purify it . I sell some of mine ,but most of it I keep cause it's MINE hehehe all mine . Great video thanks .
  • I have a lot of respect for people like you that will go to all this effort so that lazy people like me don't have to, really enjoyed watching the whole process 👍

Its nice to see those notes being the right weight. It would be easy for them to short weight them. Bravo to whoever produced them.✌️ thanks sreetips for another interesting video😊

I happen to stumble across you YT channel a few months back and I've been so fascinated in your refining process of desolving a precious metal such as gold into solution using boiling acids only to perspirate it back into gold sponge, creating some of the Highest purity gold on the planet. I've shared your videos with all my friends and family because I never knew something like gold could be a liquid in a refining process! Thank you for all the hard work you invest into filming, editing, and posting to share with the world your channel. Lastly Thank you for allowing viewers like myself to purchase these beautiful ingot bars ... truly an incredible way to see what your getting when we buy your high purity gold. Thank you Thank you!

29:40 That was the most stunning precipitation with SMB that you've ever done.

I've never seen gold so shiny and pure. Kinda like you've made 25 kt gold. I know 24 kt is the standard purest, but i've never seen 24kt gold look this good! Your a pro!
  • even now sreetips is still improving his process, most recently with the gold sponge drying dish, the timelapses we get of the gold drying are a nice side effect of that
  • @dannomight1980
That’s comforting because I gave them out as Xmas gifts last year to my family members. Albeit the low denomination for starters 😂
  • @rockbutcher
Not sure why you didn't just dump the first melt into the mold. It was 24k already. Now you have spent money on acids and time and have to chase 0.3g of gold through your system. Apart from that it was an interesting experiment. At least we now know that the mass value on the goldbacks is accurate.

Without a doubt, the most visually appealing precipitation thus far using the sodium metabisulfite. "Seaweed". Beautiful.
  • @paulswickard2656
Thanks for this one. I wasn’t 100% sure about their claims before watching this.
  • @jeremiahcox9597
I own some goldbacks so it's great to see they have the gold content that they claim.

That reaction when the smb hits the gold solution will never get boring. Another great video sree. Keep up the great work 👍
