Unofficial acts would be being the vice president and taking classified material in the garage. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
  • If any act or conversation takes place in the White House, it’s official. Give me a break, if I take about unionizing at my job, I’m out, fired, pink slipped, no questions asked, no considerations made. This is sickening 🤢
  • This is a ruling to protect all Presidents because theyve all done something that could be deemed a crime.

  • No one expected the court say there was no immunity for "official" acts. Why are you surprised?

The fact that 3 justices didn't think presidents had immunity when for 230 years no president had been charged....i fear for our country because three justices are completely out of line.

We are hopefully divided as a country and it shows in our elected official's behavior and now in our courts. This is just where we are. Very dangerous times and we are responsible for it.

We need to do a go fund me for the supreme court. Maybe we could bribe them too as citizens

Executive actions should be restricted to orders and plans that are intended to benefit the public. Any actions taken for personal advantage or gain should not be considered official acts of the office. The purpose of executive power is to serve the people, not to further individual interests.
  • Unofficial vs Official acts? Far too subject, almost feels like legislating from the bench.

So where is this country heading to? Demolition man type of dystopia where there are elites at top and the rest underground poor and suppressed?
  • The supreme court sends the case to the lower court to split the hair regarding Mr. Trump regarding January 6 issue. Former President Trump is already immune on any charges.

So what is official and unofficial? They left it opened to interpretation of any fool out there.
