I USE THIS VIDEO AS A DOPAMINE DETOX. I STARE AT THE CLOCK FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE COUNTDOWN AND TRY NOT TO MOVE OR DO ANYTHING. IT'S PAINFUL CUZ I GOT ADHD BUT IT'S GOOD FOR ME.
