I love that Go hesitates to become Ultraman, throughout this episode he saw the darkest side of humanity murder an innocent man and mistreat a poor kid out of fear and Fantastic Racism and these are the people he's supposed to protect. He actually considered not saving them and honestly you can't blame him, it's rare when we see Ultraman Protagonists have their faith in humanity shaken like this.
