US Immigration policy - Legal - apply and wait for 15+ years, enslaved to single employer, to be controlled, mentally torchured and constantly under pressure of uncertainty of losing the application status, even if you're highly educated and qualified and experienced. Illegal - hop across the border and get a 4 year open work authorization immediately . Absolutely no questions asked or checks done or any credentials required. - go figure !
