Working remotely can really put a strain on our inter-team communication and knowing how to give constructive and valuable feedback can be a game-changer. I took a moment with the wonderful Penny Blackmore to get her take on feedback and how best to give and receive it. Soft skills are more important than ever and it is always a pleasure to talk with someone with so much experience and passion for the soft skills we all struggle to master.
