Burnishing to me is the easiest and smoothest! Layering often leaves a lot of white spots, colorless blenders donāt work as well with darker colors, solvent can damage paper, saturation and tonal burnishing are good unless you donāt want to change the colors and powder blenders to me are a little difficult. Everyone has their preferred methods tho!
