I was Addicted to my phone. Me, being a creator, suffering from phone addiction was something that was not normal. But then I figured out the actual reason behind my addiction.

Using social media apps for long hours increased my willingness to watch more and more content. I wasn't able to find a solution until I went to the park and read the book "Atomic Habits"

  • 5:16 .When You talked about walking in tiles avoiding the gap , eating kitkat pieces by pieces and feeling anxious if not done so , are the primary symptoms of a condition called obsessive compulsion disorder( mainly known as OCD) . It is a condition where u want everything to be perfect and try to take control over things which you cannot control. The condition can be threatening if you start to overthink a lot . Lot of people have it and most of them even font know about it
