This makes it handy for going out for a walk and/or run and not needing to carry keys. Additionally and I have not tested this yet but my understanding if somebody stands around the door for more than a minute and it's locked the lock itself will set off an alarm.
Be careful about ordering this, as stated in the video getting a mortise lock system installed on an existing door can be tricky. I would have someone lined up in advance before doing it and or ordering a door with the mortise already cut in.
I certainly right now highly recommend this system I would do it again.
