I just passed my Nico's Weg B1 final exam. One year ago I spoke barely any German and then I started with Nico's Weg, doing it almost daily. Now, 228 lessons and 3 final exams later, it has come to an end and I am both happy and sad. Thank you so much, Deutsche Welle, for an amazing production. It has been my absolute favorite way to learn German. Thank you. Ich habe gerade meinen B1 Abschlusstest bestanden. Vor einem Jahr habe ich mit fast keinen Deutschkentnisse Nico's Weg angefangen. Jetzt, 228 Unterrichte und 3 Abschlussteste später, ist alles am Ende und ich bin sowohl glücklich als auch traurig. Sehr vielen Dank, Deutsche Welle, für eine wunderbare Produktion. Es war mein absolutes Lieblingsweg, Deutsch zu lernen. Vielen Dank.

This is litteraly the best series i've watched in my entire life. Not only does it teach my german but it also makes me want to see more of it and continue watching. Now that i finished all i will be looking for B2, C1 and C2 for the rest of my life, even if they won't come out.

I have a theory: The reason why Nico speaks so good German in such a quick time is because of Lisa. She probably possesses some magical ability to teach German. Just look at her class she teaches, everybody is speaking fluent German without an accent.

when I started watching this series, I couldn’t speak German and was surprised how Niko, Selma and her parents learned German so well in a year, but when I finished watching the whole series in a week, nothing changed, now I’m thinking, do the same as Niko and get lost somewhere in Berlin, good luck everyone!!!

Vielen Dank für diese Serie. Mit dieser Geschichte hatte ich mehr Spaß Deutsch zu lernen. Von einem Jahr habe ich der A1 bis B1 Kurs von Ihrem Website benutzt. Und jetzt kann ich die meisten Dialogen und Themen , die man im Alltag Konversation findet kann.
