  • I hope your lawyer got all of your legal expenses paid for by the HOA.
  • @skygazer858
I wouldn't have built a privacy fence. Let the HOA do that.
  • Next time don't stop dialing the sheriff. The entire lot of them should have been arrested for trespassing and criminal damage.

All I can think of is the protection of the 2nd Amendment. A phone call to a lawyer to initiate lawsuit again the construction crew is next step. Permits were not granted. Dumping the bridge into a waterway is an environmental issue that your stat and Federal conservation authorities would look into. HOA may have had insurance to cover Court costs and damages, or they may have just levied the HOA members . Clearly "Karen" took her own initiative to destroy your property, and SHE should bear the primary costs
  • Farmer vs HOA story: after the bridge replacement my suggestion would be to have a sculpture placed next to the bridge giving the hoa the ā€œone-fingered saluteā€.šŸ¤Ŗ

Your fence that blocks out crappy HOA neighbors, that fence should be covered with hubcaps

Better yet put up sign saying WARNING LAND MINES, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Funny how people develop a weird sense of entitlement. We've had new people build near our 200 year old farm. The next year saw us receive several complaints regarding the smell from spreading manure to fertilize our fields. We only have beef cow semi-solid waste which is easily tolerable and only lingers a couple days. So the next year we got our other neighbor to spread liquid pig manure on the adjacent field, which is very strong and lasts for several weeks!. They were told, "you chose to live next to an operating farm. What did you think was going to happen?" In the end, they sold and moved. I pity their new neighbors.

No u did the right thing by exposing her as a total tool along with her husband

The ranch owner should also have filed criminal trespassing complaints with felony criminal vandalism charges aimed a HOA Karen personally as she directed the destruction of the bridge. The amount to replace the bridge was over the limit of misdemeanor vandalism and well into Felony vandalism in all states.

For the last one, take photo of back to show the scars then send that with a letter to the dads family and girlfriend and then sit back and watch the fireworks as he tries to defend himself from them

HOA STORY I THINK YOU SHOULD USE LIQUID POO ON A WEEKLY BACES OR MAYBE TRY A PIG FARMING OPERATION ! LET THIS KAREN SHELL THE REAL COUNTRY AIR ?.
  • @NSResponder
I wouldn't argue with Karen, I would forcibly remove her from my property, and then file criminal trespass and vandalism charges. With the criminal conviction in hand, I would then sue both Karen and the HOA for whatever my lawyer could think of. Karen was their agent, legally speaking.
  • Should have taken video and called the sheriff without saying a word to anyhone. Sheriff would have caught them in the act and arrested EVERYONE for trespass, including the "Karen".
  • Wait.. so you moved next to a farm with cattle and then said cattle pooped near the property line??? Oh nošŸ˜¢.. anyways, anyone here play The Forest on ps4/5?

This stuff is happening everywhere.I have a business in a rural area.Have equipment in yard.Developer bought next door, logging most of the trees and building and forming an HOA Some states like Washington force home businesses to move to a combination commercial/ residental lot.Reason is a home business causes declining market value for the houses around it.
