More than 20 years after the controversial acquittal of O.J. Simpson, the so-called “trial of the century” is back in the spotlight thanks to the TV dramatization “The People v. O.J. Simpson,” reports NBC’s Joe Fryer. The lead prosecutor in the case, Marcia Clark, tells TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie that Judge Lance Ito “treated me like a second-class citizen.” She says the upcoming documentary series “O.J. Is Innocent” is “nonsense” and admits she is not at peace with Simpson’s acquittal.

"It was SO sexist, the way you were treated during the trial. But let's talk about your hair styles. Also, tell us, were you and Christopher Darden lovers?? Are your kids watching the TV series now??" LOL
  • I dont understand why she was so criticized. I think she was a very beautiful woman before the media trashed her for not being "feminine enough". Hypocrites.

Sarah Paulson is an absolutely brilliant actress
  • @sableblonde
Sarah was fantastic playing Marsha.  She deserves to win a Emmy.   Looks like Marsha had some dental work done, looks good.

Judge Ito doesn't get nearly enough blame for how awful of a job he did. You could argue he is more to blame than the jurors.
  • @SophiBalerdi
I’m so glad people are recognizing her strength throughout that time & that she gets to gain a little bit of her dignity back. She deserved every ounce of this respect back then, but better late than never.
  • She looks good!!!
You can really see what stress can do to a person when you compare her with the way she looked during the trial..
I'm happy for her, she seems like a genuine and honest person..
  • I love Marcia Clark's honesty and toughness. The fact that she was able to keep calm during the whole case while she felt frustrated in her head is something not a lot of people can do and that inspires me as a person. This is a woman that should be highly respected.

"We were certainly very close but we were partners" Danced around that Chris Darden romance question as only a lawyer could. Sounds like an answer but completely evaded the question.
  • as a law student and as a woman I have nothing but respect for this women...!! such an inspiration..god bless her..
  • I am watching this in New Zealand. That judge was appalling to you. The defence was unbelievable. How they were allowed to redecorate OJ's house, just incredible. You are wonderful. You did you job honorably.
  • @Yoseman1
Marcia Clark still has trouble swallowing the fact that she and Chris Darden did a HORRIBLE job of prosecuting the case. Period.
  • @Joliboi8
Two people lost their lives. There is no show business in that. Not once did any of them commented on the sadness that this tragedy was and still is. NS, RG rip.
  • @Lemonfairyy
why does she look better 20 years later wtf
  • @88Crager
She doesn't even look like the same person.
  • @TheMicIsMyLover
i'm glad she's standing her ground and not letting OJ off of the hook. Also, she totally had a thing with Chris...idk why she denies it
  • @GEC416
i really like her...she's so articulate and seems very sweet...

The ones I feel sorry for are the children, not only have they lost their mother, he wS stupid enough to get into more trouble later on after being aquitted. No thought for his children there. So if it's hard for the prosecutors to see the show imagine what it's like for Sidney and Justin
