I walked the Camino in 2017 and 2022. I'm planning my third camino for this fall (2023). I'm 71 years old, so no time to waste! I will also use this opportunity to visit friends in Madrid and Avila.
  • Man this is a great guide, very thoughtful and complete. I love your sense of humor, you genuinely make me laugh every few minutes. I would gladly watch you talk about any topic. Thankfully for us you choose something as wholesome and transformative as the Camino!
  • I’ll be leaving from Seattle WA to Iceland, then Paris, then SJDPDP to start. Will spend a couple days there acclimating to the time zone etc. Should be on the Camino by April 23, 2023. I’m retired sooo I’m going to take it slow and enjoy EVERYTHING. Even if it takes 60 days to get to the coast LOL. Hope to meet many pilgrims and hear their stories. Safe journeys my friends!

  • @mila.chernii
Thank you for amazing video! Starting my Portuguese Central Camino on Oct 1 🫣 Super excited!
  • Thank you so much. Doing the Camino on 12th July starting in Sirra and finishing in Santiago on 18th July.
  • Excellent guide. Thank you for everything! All the content! I am taking your advice to heart. As preparation for next year, my husband and I have increased our daily trekking by 5 miles daily. I know I feel sore in the mornings. (My Achilles likes to pretend that it’s going to break off of my heel all the time, so it gets special treatment.) We haven’t added our backpacks, yet, except for a water reservoir pack I have been wearing. Once this is easier, we will increase the distance again. Thank you for making this video, and by extension, for making this journey something we feel confident about taking. What an adventure it will be! 💕
