Natasha, it would be so lovely to see you publish your very own art book, which I'm sure would fly off the shelves.
  • @iraville
awwww, thank you, Natasha. I feel so honoured being mentioned between so wonderful art books 🥰
  • @edithscottini
Oh nice ones! But now I will spend all my money on these and then I won't have enough bookshelves to stock them and here I'll be again trying to twist any old furniture into a bookshelf 😂

The bird singing during the video was precious 😊

I'm an author and I love books too, and my husband groans whenever I come home with more. The wonderful thing about them is that you can read and re-read them. Some of my favorites books are illustrated books for children and young adults, by illustrators like Tomie Depaola, Marianna Mayer, and fairy tale illustrators like Adrienne Segur, Kinuko Y. Craft, Stephanie Law, and James Christensen. And what magic to have a bird sing accompaniment to your sharing of Nests. I love the second book because I love birds, and the Cozy Days. Thank you.

Natasha if you only knew how many art books I have ! I have been collecting them since the mid 70’s. Your last book video I had to get that little book on trees and this time I really would love the Fairfield Porter and Brian Cook British Landscapes. There is so much to learn just by the pleasure of looking at an art book. I love that you show them so I can be sure I want this and not that one. I will have to put those two books on my wishlist. 😁🥰

Brian Cox..."graphic" and "printed" is what i was thinking, too. And yes, yes, yes, to more book videos! This was wonderful, thank you💐

Another wonderful selection of books. Yes please Natasha - more videos on your book collection. And never feel guilty about buying something that is obviously inspiring and integral to your art. If you feel guilty, it makes me feel I have to be guilty too lol.

Since we are “children at heart”, there is always room on our shelves for beautifully illustrated picture books!
  • @nottaholiday
Yes please, your book videos are wonderful... Love the inspiration you can take from different artists. I will often play with the techniques I see in them, its a great way to expand your artistic "vocabulary". BTW, I have just discovered a lovely book called "Hidden Places" by Sarah Baxter and Illustrated by Amy Grimes. I think it would be right in your wheelhouse Natasha ! xx thank you again.

  • @sd2023.
Loved the books' cozy days 'and landscapes of Britain...love how the artist used a pop of colour in landscapes.

What an interesting subject - who would’ve thought to illustrate a book for children about William Morris! Beautiful illustrations, i love how many of them show lots of “flow” - clouds, rain, fabric…
  • @carrie2105
