thank you for being an excellent dog owner who has given love, care and training to your pup. I have 2 labs both from a rescue home when they were 2 y/old, 1 had been abused, and the other was wild. they are now 11 and 9 and they have made my life so much richer. i have had dogs all my life since i crawled as a baby. i'd also like to point out that although yes, puppies are cute, there are so many unwanted and unloved dogs out there that need homes. and you can change their lives, turn their lives around from being a sad, lonely life to a life full of joy and love. this is the greatest reward i have enjoyed from adopting an unwanted adult dog. changing their lives for the better and receiving so much love and loyalty in return. so, before you think about getting a cute new puppy from a breeder, think about rescuing an adult dog instead. thank you

Labs are the best. They are so full of love and so faithful to their humans. Mine crossed the rainbow bridge 6 years ago and I still miss her very much.😥 This brings back old memories for me thank you. 🥰

Dogs are really protective to their owners🤗 even when you have a baby or you’re sick😱 So if you hate dogs...Maybe you should Think Twice. Cause dogs can be part of our life and our family😍😻❤️ And if you’re lonely. A dog can be with you and make you feel better🥰

My 5 month old puppy Bella, whom I just adopted from my local humane society, looks so much like Alfie looked at her age! They say she's a labrador retriever mix, but don't know anything about her parentage. I've ordered one of those Wisdom DNA kits for dogs so I can better prepare her vet to care for her based upon her breed make up. Thanks for sharing Alfie's journey! Our home is so full of love and laughter since Bella joined our family. I can't imagine how I ever got along without her!
