I wish that you would look into intermittent fasting for women. 🙂 Right now there is only one doctor covering IF for women (Dr. Mindy Pelz), and sadly she is pushing the carnivore diet. We in the IF community really need a female doctor that covers IF but doesn't push the carnivore diet. 🙏
