    Want to show Newey (or any other "hard to hire" candidate)? Have the tough chat with Lance about him moving on to a different role in 2025. Continue to drive (endurance, etc.) or take a management role. Either way, show the F1 world you are serious and move Lance out. Sign Carlos. Then sign Newey. It would be a shame to spend all that money on a wind tunnel and not get the best talent possible to leverage wind tunnel time to go after podiums

    With Eddie Jordan as manager this will give Aston Martin a boost as I'm sure Eddie would like to see Aston Martin take the constructers championship and boast how it all began with Jordan GP
