As someone who is recovering from a fentanyl addiction, with 227 days clean today, I can say this moved me to tears. Thank you, Jellyroll.

How can you not love this man!?! This is the best said and most accurate speech that I have ever heard on the epidemic. Every point was well laid out and passionate. Every word was fact. Thank you Jelly Roll for making the still sick and suffering heard and spoken for.

The person I almost lost to a fentanyl overdose was me. 10 years later, this message is even more important. My heart breaks for everyone struggling and anyone who had lost someone to this epidemic.

That was extremely well spoken with a genuine clarity of self-awareness most people are too scared to admit to.
  • I'm speechless... most well done , most powerful, most impactful speech that room has ever seen by the most unlikely looking person. A rapper.I've been fighting this disease my entire life and amazed at his speaking ability and humility.

What a straight forward and a heart touching message. I don't really know Jelly Roll, but now you've gained a listener a fan and you really knocked the door on each person who listened to this awakening message.

Jason has earned all my respect for doing this. My dad passed from fentanyl on March 18th, 2020. I was 19, for 17 and a half years of my life he was not a drug addict and he was the best dad i could ever ask for. He was my best friend and now heā€™s gone because of fentanyl and shitty people. Godbless jelly roll.
  • He's easy to listen to, because you can FEEL his words- thank you for heartfelt message
  • @pisceskitty315
His testimony made me burst into tears...what a beautiful way to transmute his troubled past and experiences in order to help all of us because I too learned just how easy it is to fall, thought that would never could never be me and lo and behold the universe let me have it and made me realize I wasn't better than anyone else or someone to look down on people w addiction but just how easy I could become one. Bless you For your heartfelt testimony.

I donā€™t normally ever leave/make commentsā€¦ howeverā€¦ THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST PUBLIC SPEAKING MOMENTS I have ever seen/heard! Jelly Roll, I honestly believe that a ā€œGreat American Politicianā€ is someone like youā€¦ like us! The type of person that has overcame their adversities with TRIUMPH and turned their lives into more than just success. You actually utilize your platform in the correct manner; which makes you MUCH BETTER than a politicianā€¦ A Revolutionary Activist! Thank you for existing, brother!
