From now on, when anything goes wrong in my life I’m blaming “the architect” with no further elaboration
  • As an architect it always frustrates me when people automatically blame the architect. Property owners do the most damage to thier properties over time. Don't blame the architect when u start fooling around in a jet ski in ur pool and stuff goes wrong.

"I had severe PTSD... for about a year" PTSD literally changes your brain. You don't just have it for a year. This is so insulting.

'We don't have gas' 'We didn't have security' three seconds later: The security guard smelled gas. WHAT IS HAPPENING?
  • @iatethecrayons
seeing mirrored austin kiss himself will be the most honest thing i will ever see on the internet. ever.
  • Making children live in that house is child endangerment and choosing to bathe your babies in cold water is child abuse. If CPS inspected that home, they would have failed... heating and hot water are bare minimums. All because these narcissists wanted to make sure every knows they're rich? They deserved everything they got but those kids deserve better.
  • Complaining that your personal chef has to cook on an electric stove in your mansion has to be the most entitled/tone deaf thing I’ve ever heard.
  • @Oceana-Crystal
I could get a hotel room (especially if I were as “rich” as they are) before I kept my children in a freezing ass house. Was that supposed to be an attempt at sympathy? Because it ended up being something I’m 100% judging them over.
  • I wanted to say thank you for speaking up when that woman said she had PTSD. I have actual, diagnosed cPTSD and believe me when I say it's seriously no fun and I'm tired of listening to some entitled "influencer" claim they have it just because something bad happened. I will never want to say it's nothing when something bad happens, but it doesn't mean you have PTSD because of it. PTSD is an illness you DO NOT WANT TO HAVE. It's horrible. Again, thank you, Leo for speaking up. It means the world to me personally.

“We didn’t have gas for over two years” “We almost died in a gas leak!”
  • As a real estate agent, these 2 make me want to sue them just for misinformation. Agents don't get the client the loan, they go through a LENDER, who is independent from us most times. Also, what it sounds like they got was a hard money loan, not a conventional or jumbo loan. Also, no agent will tell anyone to join 2 homes into 1, and if that's what you wanted to do, we're going to tell you to consult an engineer BEFORE putting an offer on anything.

PTSD doesn’t necessarily require warfare. It can come from any traumatic situation, abusive; accidental, or incidental. But I agree that she uses it as a shield. It also is never an excuse for manipulation as these people try to do.

“You’re on vacation, huh? I guess when your house is being foreclosed on you gotta go somewhere.” FINISH HIM

I'm diagnosed with a version of PTSD called Complex-PTSD, something that forms out of much smaller traumatic incidents that snowball into a complex disorder. I usually am not one for saying "that's not all that traumatic," but... she wasn't home. I was home when my house was broken into and I'm still scared of the front door at night because of it. She literally wasn't there when it happened. Yeah, having property stolen is scary, but that's not the same. I hate the disorder being used so flagrantly.
  • @Jenna-in4br
I've had my home broken into. I was 11, the robber came into my room. I spoke to him, I thought he was my dad. They stole the TV and 200 dollars. I saw them, I was in the house while it happened. And guess what? No ptsd, because ptsd comes from EXTREMELY EXTREMELY traumatic shit. And ptsd is something you get diagnosed with and get help for. She did not have ptsd. And if she did it would not just dissappear in a year, that's not how it works.
  • @werisekk3
Watching a woman whose net worth is more than my entire family's whine about how shit is expensive is unexpectedly hilarious.
  • @devilborne
"I was giving my babies cold bath" Me who grew up poor, Mum had to heat up water on stove Understandable!
  • as someone who has ptsd, hearing the line "I suffered from severe ptsd for about a year" makes me so mad. I will struggle with this illness for the rest of my life and she had it "severely for about a year". so fake
  • @willowashe
One of the reasons they may have staged the break-in was to break their lease with their landlord—who I believe they owed rent to. Could be wrong, but i think recall Catherine accidentally explaining that. I’ve noticed that when Catherine starts talking, she’ll eventually tell you whatever you need to know if you let her ramble long enough.
