Rapidan Dam Store building demolished after being deemed 'too dangerous' to move

I hope this store can be rebuilt better than ever. I will come down for pie 🥧 for the reopening from Canada 🇨🇦 🙏👻

If the county purchased it, where are they able to re-build?

The purchase “under duress’ of the Dam store, was a legal maneuver by the county to avoid litigation in the future to make this family whole. Shame on this county for taking advantage of this residents legal peral in a time of need. I hope the entire citizenship of the county rises up and makes this family/community hole. Notice how all public officials go silent after the first press conference,,,, “that’s legal” department. To the county legal department, “no pie for you” forever banned. Unless you make things right , full restoration of everything.

Good for the county! Buying what is about to be consumed by the river saves so many folk so many heart aches. I noticed the county demolished their newly-purchased structure when no one was looking. Good optics.
