  • They are built way too close to each other. You pay that much you don't expect so close to neighbour.
  • @Olea.C
For this money I wouldn’t want to say “Hi” to people walking down the road from my living room ! Looks beautiful but needs a bit more land around it !
  • @Fairy_Megan
I like it when new houses 🏡 keep a traditional looking outside - mix of brick, tile and wood!
  • @benholmes1563
No way on this planet I would pay £1.5m to be that close to another property
  • @steveo3785
Joke prices for houses when you are really paying ridiculous prices for land in so called exclusive areas.
  • @thewraithize
For pretty much £1.5m in the West Midlands, I’m expecting at least 1/2 acre of garden maybe more

Proof that money can’t buy taste but it can buy you a massive house with overlooking neighbours
  • @macnerd93
If this was in Yorkshire it be like £500,000 at the most. Severely overpriced. 1.5 million around here would get you a large country house with pool and probably a tennis court too.
  • @Mike_5
For that price i would definitely want more than 1.45 metres separation from my neighbours house ...

Impressive house, but the garden is small for the price. It must be an expensive area
  • @Freyay-yo
Tbh I live in Solihull and that is a very nice house, the price reflects on how near it is to the centre and to be fair it also reflects on the demographic.

There's a lot to like in this house. I like that it has a study and the fact that everything is so clean and new and no one has ever lived in it before you. It looks light and spacious and quite characterful. Also plenty of storage and worksurface in the kitchen. Sometimes they look big but when you think you're going to put a kettle and a toaster on it, maybe a knife block etc, there's never enough space left over. Also, big fridge and freezer. I'd actually have the top floor as the main bedroom, as I loved that extra space.
  • A decent area of Solihull and the property looks to have a good finish. The 2 areas which were underwhelming for a house with a 1.5 Mill price tag is the skinny staircase and the small garden. If spending that kind of money I'd definitely look around the bottom end of Warwick Road, Park Avenue, or Manor Road kind of area, for much larger and established gardens, in better locations. The compromise being you'd probably lose out on the modern finish.
  • For £1.5 million, I wouldn't want neighbours on my door step 🤣
  • @aimeeroe1425
This house really made me go wow when you oppended those doors into the main room🤩
  • The wife has done the most amazing job on the interior design and I love the detail . This is my favourite house ever of all your tours ! Love it - thanks guys !
