Hello 🀝 I have been going through some things in my personal life and felt very called to make a mental health affirmation video for you all!

I hope watching this feels like getting a big hug from me.. Because that is the energy I put into the filming!

These are things I remind myself of from time to time when I lose sight of my purpose and drive. I hope you find it helpful, soothing, comforting and relaxing.

Thank you so much for being here, and please don't forget how much you matter. You are wanted, cherished, and loved!

Take care of yourself, ok? I love you all so much!

Between losing my job, trying to be a good father to my daughter, all my hard work being thrown away, and my wife tearing me down everyday I have found peace in this. Thank you for making this wonderful video. With this I am able to rest.

The first time she said "You are always enough" I just started crying right away. I had no idea I needed to hear that so badly.

This hits so hard. The look in her eyes is so genuine and her voice is so warm.

Dealing with depression and loneliness. I’ve been listening to this almost every night and it’s like my soul is being healed. Thanks!
  • I do not have anyone who is emotionally supportive in my life. Thank you for this. It is something I have needed for a long time.

What helps me the most is the consistent eye contact. She is really good at that, I’ve not seen many people do that and it adds a whole dimension of comfort.

Thank you for this. I suffer from physical and mental health issues, and these are things I never hear, ever. I feel sad that I have to go to a video to hear positive things, but I'm so thankful that I can. Thank you Cherie

I didn't think I had any issues. I really thought I was fine. Then you started the reaffirmations after the breathing exercises and I just started crying. I haven't cried in a long time. I didn't realize I was hurting and you have helped me heal. Thank you thank you thank you. You have helped me in a way you will never understand. Thank you again

I just wanted to take a second to thank you. I have complex PTSD and I listen to this daily. It helps me to feel I'm worth something.
  • I have always had anxiety, but recently it's been hard. About 10 years ago I came across ASMR and it has really helped. Over time you find some great videos that come to mean a lot and this is definitely going to be one of them. Thank you so much. It's very early in the morning and I have been struggling to sleep but this has made me stronger
  • -She has rhetoric -She is awesome -She is cool -Her voice sounds very good -Her videos are gold for ears -No sexual thumbnail -No ads -She never oblige anyone to subscribe Ladies and gentlemen, you are in the right place to relax after having hard day, cause this YouTube channel is the best asmr channel . πŸ’™

Spent the whole week listening to my dad tell me my mental health issues aren't real and I use them as an excuse for failure....needless to say this video was much needed. Thanks so much Cherie! Keep doing you!
  • When you said β€œyou deserve to get your needs met”, this really means a lot to me because as a person who has had a rough set of issues being biracial, but adopted by 2 white people, and having a bad back story as to how I came to existence , it just is good to know that someone understands human needs. Thank you alot
  • This actually brought tears to my eyes. I didn’t realize I needed to hear this. Thank you πŸ₯Ί
  • I've been dealing with depression and social anxiety for a long time, but these past few years have been especially hard for me. Between losing my job, having all of my closest friends move away and start their own families, and trying to make new friends at my new job, it's been very tough. I normally don't wear my emotions on my sleeves, but as soon as the affirmations started, I bawled like a damn baby. I have always been told that I am loved and that I am worthy, but I never put much thought into it. With depression, I hear the words, but they don't really resonate with me. Here? They resonated profoundly. I cannot thank you enough for this video. Wishing you and everyone else watching nothing but the best ❀

I'm currently going through a divorce and the absolute abyss of my feelings are overwhelming. This video has helped me to meditate, and feel as though someone cares about my existence. Thank you for helping me through this difficult time, and inadvertently saving me.
