So I just turned 30, and for me is it a big number, and something I never thought of reaching.

I simply want to thank everyone, and I do hope for everyone to reach their happiness, and know that depression and anxiety doesn't rule your life, you take control of it.

Im not good at speaking, but at least what I wanted to share, some of my thoughts and what I've been through. Keep on moving for your goals and dreams. : )

    I know it can be hard but as you say pople like that are warriors! And you are warrior fighting it everyday. And you managed it and keep going! So as always huug for you!
