Lemon meringue cheescake. Sooooooo good. (Swoon). The lemon really cuts the heaviness of the cheesecake. I’ve never had it with meringue but with whipped cream. I bet its really good though!

I know I’m the minority in this, but I just don’t get the hype on honey crisp apples. I’ve tried them a few different times, & I just don’t love them enough to pay their price. Gaia is my favorite!

When I could eat apples, Fuji and Gala were my go to, but my mum swears by Honey Crisp! Hope you got a good batch and enjoy them.
